I'm Sarah Martinez, the founder, recipe developer, and zucchini enthusiast behind Zucchini Recipes. What started as my quest to use up an overwhelming backyard harvest has grown into a dedicated resource for home cooks looking to transform this versatile vegetable into extraordinary meals that the whole family will love.
My Culinary Journey
My obsession with zucchini began during my first summer as a home gardener, when I found myself drowning in an endless supply of these prolific vegetables. Rather than let them go to waste, I threw myself into experimenting with every possible preparation method – from classic zucchini bread to innovative savory applications I'd never imagined.
After completing my culinary training and spending three years developing recipes for farm-to-table restaurants, I realized my true calling was helping home cooks discover the incredible potential hiding in their crisper drawers. Since launching Zucchini Recipes in 2019, my creative approaches to this humble vegetable have been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Food Network Magazine, Cooking Light, and several popular food podcasts.

My cookbook, "The Zucchini Chronicles: 75 Creative Recipes for Garden Abundance," was published in 2022 and has helped thousands of gardeners and cooks fall in love with this incredible vegetable.
